Unselfish love

Dominic said, if I don’t see it I’m going to keep looking for it.

Seeking to discover that which does not change: the eternal scheme of which we are a part, to discover life’s single most important lesson, of unselfish love.

It used to be sweat now it’s blood, now tears, now the dust from your own decay.

Can you run can you run building relief with each stride escaping gravity but of course you recline and fold the damp ground around you painting a grin like the last clown.

Dominic agrees that we glimpse it out of the edge of our vision at the edge of our thoughts at the edge of the cliff, we know it somehow but don’t understand what it means. Too big and too small.

Every man finds his woman but treats her like his mother, the source of his comfort and cause of his shame. Does the woman do the same? But of course not, she treats everyman as though he were a child just like her father.

Lend it but don’t give it away.

Feed the body and mind. When it is difficult to surrender.

Dreams are avoided in the day and with some effort can be eliminated at night.

Oh Dominic. Crawl back into your body.
